Giving notice

If you wish to leave the property, we require one months’ notice from you. This notice must be given to us in writing or emailed to us at the following address info@stoneandlong.com.

If your tenancy is coming to an end, we require one months’ notice prior to the tenancy end date.

If you are on a periodic tenancy, we also require the one months’ notice as per the above.

The tenants notice must end on the first or last day of the rent period.
